Hi, I'm Simon Hughes
I started Operational Resilience NZ with a straightforward mission — make proper WorkSafe compliance accessible and affordable for every NZ small business owner who needs it.
Too many good businesses are exposed under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 not because they don't care about their people — but because they don't have the right systems and documentation in place to prove it. That's what we fix.
My approach is practical and direct. I come to your workplace, I understand how your business actually operates, and I build documentation that reflects your real risks — not a generic template with your name on it.
Every document is personally reviewed before it reaches you. Every client gets the same standard of care regardless of the size of their business.
