Important — Please Read Before Booking Your Onsite Meeting
By booking the 2-hour onsite H&S assessment you are engaging Operational Resilience NZ to conduct a full H&S assessment and build your complete documentation suite. An invoice for $2,200 + GST (Fixed Price Build) or $2,200 + $550/month + GST (Monthly Support) will be issued following your onsite meeting. What to Expect
Before Your Appointment
You'll receive a confirmation email from Calendly with your appointment details. For the onsite meeting — just make sure the relevant areas of your workplace are accessible. No preparation needed from you.
During the Onsite Meeting
We'll conduct a site walk, complete the H&S questionnaire with you, and document your specific risks and hazards. The full 2 hours is onsite — bring a manager or director who knows the business operations.
After the Meeting
Your complete H&S documentation suite is built within days. You'll receive login details for your secure client portal to review, request amendments, and sign off electronically.
Payment and Documents
An invoice is issued following your onsite meeting. Once payment is received your documents are released via the portal for download. Monthly Support clients retain ongoing portal access.
